We
are excited to announce the dates for our Spring Fever Camp and Spring
Break Clinic. The third week of March we will be hosting a technical
component camp (ages 8-16) implementing shooting, footwork, passing
with receiving and small sided scrimmages. Sessions will include power
and finesse shooting repetition, moves, defensive components, 1v1 work
and receiving under pressure.
The first week in April we will
host a technical camp with some speed and agility work for those
players on Spring Break. This camp will start with Speed and Agility
work and finish with technical components. Sessions will include proper
speed training, conditioning and agility drills, jump training and a
stretching routine with technical work at the end.

Avalanche for three days of a high-energy technical skills camp and
three days of a high-intensity speed and agility/technical skills camp.
Gabe Smart and Megan Dickerson will be running the camp along with club
staff.
